Xtag Medical are pleased to announce that we will install the Xtag system in the beautiful South West Acute Hospital in Enniskillen, Northern Ireland.

The South West Acute Hospital is a 300-bed acute hospital with designated centres for women and children. The £276 million project was inaugurated by HM Queen Elizabeth in 2012 to improve community services in Enniskillen.

With over 1200 births every year the importance of a baby tagging system is essential for the protection of new-borns within the hospital.

The XTAG system is designed to provide industry leading technology with practicality to make the process of safeguarding new-borns as simple as possible for maternity staff.

To be installed in July, 2021, the Xtag team look forward to working alongside the fantastic maternity staff within the hospital to deliver a safe environment for new-borns.
