XTAG® Patient Tag

The XTAG® Patient Tag is a lightweight, tamper-evident Active UHF tag designed to protect patients at risk of wandering or elopement, including those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or cognitive impairment. Worn comfortably on the wrist, the tag integrates seamlessly with the Xtag Wander Management System to create smart safety boundaries around wards, units, and exits.
