The largest ever investment into NHS Wales, of £350 million, has enabled the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board to commission Laing O’Rourke to build this new 560 bed acute care Hospital to serve the people of Gwent and South Powys, due to open in 2021.
The Xtag Medical system is currently operated by the Royal Gwent and Neville Hall Hospitals in the Aneurin Bevan UHB, and was selected to provide the baby tagging system for the new state-of-the-art Maternity unit.
