The system has proven easy to use and very quick to administer. The tags are easy to attach and the system has been welcomed by parents and their families. The remote access helpline has proven to be an asset and any concerns have been dealt with in timely manner, even at weekends and throughout the night.

Xtag have been fantastic from the minute we chose them at tender, to installation and training staff. They attended meetings and communicated very well with clinical, security, estates and IT teams. It’s a baby tagging system that does what it says. Baby friendly straps with easy to clean tags. The 24/7 support line is the biggest bonus.

We use the Xtag system 24 hours a day, every day. Myself and my colleagues find the system very easy to use, and have training and refresher training if needed by the Xtag team. I am always satisfied with the customer service from Xtag Medical. They are friendly, helpful and informative.

We know that we can rely on their services every day of the year, at any time. When babies are tagged, we inform the parents and explain what happens in the event of an alarm. They are very happy and satisfied that their baby is secure and safe. The system is welcomed by our matrons and chief nurse, as well as our risk lead nurse.
