We are thrilled to announce the successful implementation of our Baby Tagging System with the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

The Trust give birth to over 10,000 new-borns every year with local families who chose to give birth with the fantastic midwives at Leeds General Infirmary and St James's University Hospital.

About the Project

The successful deployment of the Baby Tagging System at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust reflects a collaborative effort between our dedicated team and the hospital staff. Xtag Medical has worked closely with the Midwifery, Security and Estates departments within the Trust to ensure the successful implementation of the system, completing staff training sessions across both sites and integrating with the Trust's access control, CCTV and security infrastructure to provide the highest standards of infant security.

The Result

With our Baby Tagging System now live, parents and families can experience an added layer of peace of mind, while midwives can focus more time on providing patient care knowing that the precious new-borns in the maternity unit are protected with 24/7 security.

"We have found the system very easy to implement in our maternity unit and the quality of service and training from Xtag Medical has been excellent."

Senior Midwifery Manager, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust
